A suite of class 7 (10,000) and class 8 (100'000) plastic injection moulding cleanrooms housing 30 microprocessor controlled machines ranging from 5 Tonnes to 200 Tonnes clamp and capable of shot weights up to 355 grams provide an ideal particulate controlled manufacturing environment. Our cleanroom plastic injection moulding facilities are complemented by suite of assembly clean rooms to the same exacting standard, providing support in the automated and manual completion of devices for electronic, pharmaceutical and medical, device applications. Special purpose assembly machinery commissioned and installed in our clean rooms to meet the particular needs of our customers is further proof of our total commitment to customer service. Single and four-colour pad printing machines, some specially adapted to automatic running are also available in a clean room environment.
Dedicated to your medical device requirements A cleanroom cell dedicated to the manufactured of a medical device for treatment of influenza. This manufacturing cell consists of five plastic injection moulding machines with 6 axis robots and a assembly machine, allowing automated moulding and assembly of the medical devices, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As well as fully automated medical device manufacture, in product dedicated cleanroom cells, Sovrin have a number of campaign cleanrooms suited to the moulding and manual assembly of medical devices. This allows us to cater for low volume production, typically with batch sizes of just a few hundred through to high volume production of medical devices.
